Meditation & Mindfulness for Beginners Workshop
This course is designed for anyone who is new to meditation & mindfulness. We all know that it is essential to keep a calm mind in today’s world, but some of us don’t know how. Come along to learn basic breathing techniques, basic types of meditation and some fun mindfulness skills to use in everyday life. This course will be followed by an intermediate course if you wish to go deeper into these life-changing practices.
